Less than 24 hours will be charged the full amount.

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover), travelers checks . A check can be used for payment but must be sent to our office 2 weeks in advance of your trip.

Once you Finalize your Reservation with our Company at that time you have to Pay the full Payment .You can Pay the Fare by Calling us at 202-262-2465,240-449-7018.or You can Make this Payment Online too.

At the time of finalize your Reservation.You had to Pay your Fare

All Receipt will automatically emailed you after the Completion of your Trip.

There is two Standard Way to Make A Reservation.

We Suggest as soon as you finalize your Trip made a Reservation, So there will be no issue of Availability.

Smoking is not allowed in our Vehicle But If you Request at the time of Reservation.We will try our best to send you the Smoking Vehicle.

A recommended 20% gratuity is included in the quoted price for your convenience. However, whether a gratuity of any amount is given is up to you.

Our grace period is denied as fifteen (15) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time. Exceeding the grace period will result in wait time charges. Wait time will be charged at the hourly rate of the vehicle in fifteen (15) minute increments.
Any schedule changes/delays made within two (2) hours of the scheduled pick-up time will result in wait time charges starting sat the scheduled pick-up time.
For Airport Pick Up Waiting Time Charges will occur after 30 Minute of your Domestic Flight Arrivals and after 45 Minutes of International Flight Arrivals

Yes! We can provide you the Car Seat @ $25 for each Car Seat.

Yes we do. We have one of the largest fleets of minibuses in the Tri-State area. Motor Coaches are also available for groups larger than 29 passengers. Contact your reservation agent for pricing and availability at 202-262-2465,240-449-7018.

Yes. Contact your reservation agent to assure you have a profile and ask that they assign certain drivers that you prefer if they are available.

Yes. Go on line at www.bwiairportlimoservice.com, select the Service type from the box on the Home Page and follow the instructions to enter a new reservation or set up an online profile for future reservations.

Yes. All transactions with BWI Limo Service take place on a secure server using SSL encryption technology to ensure your personal and payment details are protected.
